Custom software for your organisation
A web application, admin panel and process automation shaped around your own workflow.
All six systems above were built this way.
How this service works
Custom software means a system shaped around your workflow rather than fitting your work around an off-the-shelf product. We start by mapping the current process together: where it stalls, where information is held, who needs to see what.
Development runs in stages. Each stage is delivered working; you use it, give feedback, and the next stage is shaped accordingly.
After launch the system is not left alone. Following setup, data migration and user training, maintenance and support continue with the same team.

Common questions
Why custom software instead of an off-the-shelf product?
Off-the-shelf products impose their own way of working and you have to adapt your processes to them. With custom development the system is shaped around your workflow. Where an existing product is sufficient, we recommend our subscription option instead.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. The timeline is shared in writing before work begins, and staged delivery means you see progress from the start.
Is our existing data migrated?
Yes. Data from your spreadsheets or current software is moved into the new system during setup.
Is there support after launch?
Yes. After setup and training, maintenance and support continue with the same team.
Do we own the source code?
We agree this during the scope discussion; code transfer can be written into the contract on request.
