How BuffeTag works
BuffeTag is a QR menu system with which hotels and restaurants publish their menus together with allergen information. Guests reach the menu from a single QR code, read it in their own language and filter by allergen.
Menu changes are made in the system and go live immediately, with no reprinting. Price updates work the same way.
Because allergen information is held per item, staff no longer need to answer allergen questions from memory; the information sits in the menu itself.

Common questions
Does the guest need to install an app?
No. Scanning the QR code opens the menu directly in the browser; no app is required.
How many languages can the menu be shown in?
The menu can be published in multiple languages and the guest selects their own.
How is allergen information stored?
Allergen information is defined per item, and guests can filter the menu by allergen.
Do we need to reprint the QR code when prices change?
No. The QR code stays the same; menu and price changes are made in the panel and go live immediately.
We have several sites — can we manage them together?
Yes. Sites are managed from a single panel and permissions are granted per site.
